Something that has been bothering me for a while is people and doing things in a "timely fashion". I am a member and chairperson of CAB (Campus Activities Board at Springfield College), and I am in charge of advertising for events. However, since I have joined I've had a combination of events planned but nothing set in stone so I can advertise it; events planned and no one gives me the information to advertise it until last minute, or I've advertised for events that ended up being canceled. Most of the problems lie in people not giving me things to work with in a timely fashion. I give deadlines and no one follows them. A similar incident has been happening to a friend of mine here in Springfield. His gas got shut off because he didn't read the notice thinking it was a bill, not a notification to shut the gas off. He called and made a new account, and they said they would be there in a week to turn on the gas. Well, that Friday of the appointment came and went, and my friend called and asked why they didn't show up. They said that they were there, and my friend was like "No, you weren't, my gas isn't on and I've been here all day waiting for someone to knock on my door." The woman says that it wasn't on the work order to knock on the door. The last time I checked, how would you get into someones house or apartment if you didn't knock on the door so they could let you in to where the gas is? You kind of have to knock on the door. So they said that they will show up tomorrow. The next day came and went, and calls weren't accepted after 2pm, in which my friend found out at 5pm waiting for the guy to show up since they said they would be there between 8am-5pm. Now, isn't that a full work day? I mean, people have lives to live not waiting around for gas people. So my friend calls on Monday and they said they will be there on Tuesday. Just past midnight, which it would've been considered Wednesday at this point (this was this morning) the guy calls and says he could stop by. Um, what the fuck dude? Most people are sleeping at midnight you dumb piece of shit. My friend was in my dorm last night and I could've taken him home but he's like no I'm busy I'm not around right now. My friend is like it is Wednesday son, not Tuesday when you set an appointment to come. As of right now my friend has been gassless for over a week now and will call tomorrow and see what his next adventures are. By the way, the name of the company is Baystate Gas, and my friend will try to get some kind of refund or credit, because I honestly think this is ridiculous. Thank God it isn't winter yet. As El Keter would say "Baystate Gas can suck it." So yea, timely fashion apparently here in Springfield Massachusetts doesn't apply. Along with people running through red lights at dangerous intersections and cops don't do anything.

Time and Fashion do not go together as in "Timely Fashion"
Something that has been bothering me for a while is people and doing things in a "timely fashion". I am a member and chairperson of CAB (Campus Activities Board at Springfield College), and I am in charge of advertising for events. Life is too short, especially when it has just begun
Pic is Nathan Crowell and his girlfriend.
You would think that at 22 years old you would not be writing an obituary, especially that of a young friend. But today, I am. Friday night at a hockey game, a former classmate and friend who had lived in my neighborhood once upon a time passed away. While Nate Crowell was playing, a hockey puck went right to his chest where it wasn't protected by equipment, and he went into cardiac arrest. He was a student at University of New Haven, and was an amateur hockey player. He went to East Providence High School and graduated in 2003. For as long as I had known and did not know he moved to Portsmouth, RI; he had lived in the same neighborhood few apartments down from my house. I didn't know him well, but I did know he was a goofball and hockey was his passion. I found out this morning when I woke up; I had the T.V. on during the night and I heard "Nathan Crowell" and "hockey" and "UNH" and I immediately turned my head to the news story. They didn't show any pictures and I wasn't sure if it was him or not, so I went online and went through news articles and Facebook. I went to his sister's page and confirmed my suspicions when her status was "wishing to wake up from this nightmare and have my brother back." His story on how he died is national news. Just about every paper at least in New England has his story. This is going to sound bad, but he made national news because of his death. I wish he was on national news because of something else more pleasant, and while alive. This is the second classmate I've lost in two weeks, the other young man, same age, died in a car crash. Eric Medeiros died in St. Croix. My class reunion is next year, our five year mark, and already, two people are gone.
Rest in Peace Eric and Nathan, and may love and prayers go to both families and friends in this time of tragedies.

Ellen Degeneres "Too Generous"?
Ellen Degeneres
More Ellen Details
I meant to write this when this first happened, but I was bogged down with things. This topic has really bothered me. As you all know, (unless you're living under a rock) that a few weeks ago Ellen Degeneres was on her show bawling in tears after a "doggone" tragedy. Ellen Degeneres gave her dog to her hairdresser's family. What really bothers me is this comment that was made. "[Batkis] doesn't think this is the type of family that should have the dog," Fink told the Associated Press. "She is adamant that she is not going to be bullied around by the Ellen DeGenereses of the world…They are using their power, position and wealth to try to get what it is they want."
"The Ellen Degenereses" of the world? Are you kidding me? This isn't Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Nicole Ritchie or even Paris Hilton. This is Ellen Degeneres, the one who gives to people, makes people laugh, goes around and tries to learn new things and meet new people. And you are going to compare her with say Paris Hilton? I'm sorry, Ellen does not even come close to any of those idiots you call celebrities. We all know that Ellen is more like Oprah, not like Lindsay Lohan. I highly doubt Ellen was using any of her "power, position, and wealth" to manipulate the system. Ellen is more like "us" and I mean "us" as in everyday people. And it wasn't like Ellen gave it to a family that abused the poor dog or anything. This situation could've been worse. And from what I read on another website, Ellen's manager signs those contracts, not her. So why blame Ellen for it? I can't see why they couldn't have made a new contract and make a public apology and let the dog stay where it was. I don't know how long it takes for a dog to get used to its new owner, but I'm sure there was some trauma in for the dog as well when this happened. Ellen is an animal lover, we all know that. Animals and comedy is what Ellen lives and breathes for. So of course she is going to react somehow on public television because she cares. This isn't a drama queen situation, she has real feelings like anyone else who is an animal lover. I wish there were more "Ellen Degenereses of the world".

"Extreme" People
In the past few weeks I have met some interesting characters to say the least. Not necessarily bad, well, until today. Last night I was playing a game with some guy online, and we started talking. We found out that we are both from Rhode Island, and he works not far from where I live. I was talking to him again today, and he flipped out when I was talking about what I heard about the iphone and the new phone coming out by Verizon. I'm like dude, calm down. Then as we were talking some more, he asks if I go clubbing. I told him yes, and that I haven't gone to many regular clubs downtown Providence because my friend Tim always drags me to the gay bars. He says something like "I don't and will never ever go into a gay club" and so on. I'm thinking to myself, the way he portrays himself it almost sounds he's a homophobe. I have nothing against gay people, and I can't see myself with someone who is a homophobe. I'm not saying they have to be crazy about gay people, but you can't hate them or disrespect them either. That was a huge turnoff when it almost sounded like he was impartial to gay people. It doesn't cut it for me. I don't like homophobes. Period.
Another interesting person in my life that came about recently (and also got me started on this blog) was El Keter. His "extreme" is that he is not for marriage, at all. Like for himself, marriage creeps him out. And having children is out of the question. Which, after getting to know him the past few weeks, I understand why he feels that way. But for me, its hard to comprehend that that is your life decision not to get married or have kids. I know couples don't get married sometimes but raise kids together, or they get married and don't have kids, but both? But, I'm not him, and thats his call. I'm pretty sure that there are others just like him in this world, but this is the first time I encountered this type of thing. I mean, my cousin Jen is married (I think, we disowned part of our family a long time ago because of some issues.) but she doesn't want kids because she doesn't think that she will be a good mother. That's fine, because you know what, I see parents that shouldn't be parents. Period.
Now, I had a customer that was an extreme. Real extreme. This woman comes in, and she's buying a multipack of macaroni and cheese. I had noticed a coupon for free Capri Sun if you bought that, so I asked her if she wanted it. She said sure, and then she goes,"too bad I don't have kids to give it to." So I say, "Why don't you give it to your coworkers that have kids?" She says, "People who have kids aren't allowed at my desk." Wow. Wow. Seriously. Wow. If I didn't want to keep my job for the fact I need to pay for school and bills, I would have jumped over my register and hit her in the face. Not only is she discriminating against children, she is discriminate of parents. How rude is that? I'm guessing she doesn't have too many friends at her work then if she's like that; either that or she works at an abortion clinic. I'm taking it that she is a germaphobe in this case, because you know, parents get sick and get germs from their kids and stuff. But lady, if that is the case, it's called soap and water, Purell, Airborne, a shower, something. Anything. I mean if your so germaphobic (if that's the case), do you know how many germs are in your bathroom? Kitchen? Even if you cleaned all that? What do you think I have been touching all day? I've been touching raw meat, food some kid has half eaten, vegetables, money that has been God only knows where, and whatnot. And you came through my line with probably at least half that crap on my hands, and you have the nerve to say that anyone who is a parent basically is not allowed at your desk? Now if you are a boss, I guess you don't believe in maternity leave, and I guess women are constantly being fired for wanting to contribute to this society. I mean, I don't know where this woman works, or what she does, but just by how she dressed and her attitude, I must hit the jackpot somewhere on this issue. All I have to say is I'm glad this woman isn't a teacher or caregiver. Thank God, I would've shot her in the face. I told some of my coworkers, and they couldn't believe what I told them. They had the same reaction I did. Like holy crap.
Extreme people: Homophobic, no tolerance for that. Marriagephobic, depends on situation and person. Parent/childphobia, again no tolerance at all from me. At all. Period.

You know your life is weird when.....
Today I was talking to a friend who I haven't talked to in a while. He tells me he's getting married (He is also gay.) soon. So I ask who this special guy was. He goes "Do you remember Rob from high school?" I'm like "sure." This guy Rob he was talking about was an ex-boyfriend of mine, who I dated briefly for two weeks, he dated another girl for a few months, and then officially came out gay. Now I had heard earlier this past summer that Rob had married, so I told Tim I'm like "Isn't Rob married?" And he goes no, they got divorced. So now they are planning on marrying. Now, I'm sure you've had friends date exes or marry exes or whatnot, but your ex-boyfriend who went gay and your friend who also recently came out? That is unheard of. Not only that, its weird to me. Really truly weird for me to fully comprehend this. Don't get me wrong in saying gay people shouldn't get married; because I believe they should be allowed to,but this is just awkward and weird.
McWhoops!
Last night a good friend of mine and I drove to a local McDonald's to grab some food. The "late night menu" consists of numbers 2-8. So I'd asked for a number 5 (which was that fancy BLT chicken sandwich) and my friend asked for a number 8, which was Chicken Selects. We paid, and we park in the lot and my friend notices he got chicken McNuggets. He wasn't going to eat them because that's not what he ordered. So we get back in line (Now I forgot to mention as well this woman barely speaks any English, the first time we ordered a few weeks ago she asked us what we wanted in Spanish. Um, welcome to America? Hablo Ingles, No Hablo Espanol.) and I said to her that our order was messed up, that we ordered Selects not Nuggets. She said you can't order nuggets. I said I know, but that's what you gave me. Then she told me to drive up to the third window (Now mind you there is the First Window and Second Window, no third window.) and she got us the proper Chicken Selects.) I also forgot to mention when I went to order my drink the first time she said "we only have ...." she said they had Sprite. When I ordered a Sprite, she told me that no we don't have Sprite and gives me a totally different list. Does this woman even know what she's doing?
Actually, what I want to know is; how is it possible when Chicken McNuggets is number 9 on the menu, however, they were able to make the nuggets when supposedly that is not available on the late night menu? Remember, late night menu consists of Number 2-8. That excludes 1,9, and 10. Hmmmmm.........
I guess the "Late Night Menu" is bogus.

Where did all the baggers go?
I need to write this in order to get some frustration out, and to have people realize certain things. I am a cashier, and if you think this job is easy, think again. One of my biggest frustrations is the constant asking for baggers. There is also the annoying factor of self scans. I don't like self scans for the simple fact that its NOT cost effective (The store actually loses more money to a computer than a human being, unfortunately, the company doesn't look into that factor.) and it takes away jobs. I have many people come to me and say how great these things are, but then complain that I don't have a bagger. What makes it funny is that they complain I don't have a bagger, but they would've bagged their own groceries at self scan. While I don't like self scans and don't feel they belong in our society, there will be a time (maybe near future) where all the grocery stores will be strictly self scans and the only people there are to stock and make sure the machines don't break. That can and will be a reality someday. So when I hear someone complain that there is no bagger, there are times I wish I could say "Well, just bag it yourself." I love it when people stand there and expect me to do all the work, I mean I am not a bagger. Bagging groceries is really not part of my job description, neither is putting the stuff in people's carriages. I mean if your looking for pity from me now forget it. The concept hasn't sunk in, and I hope to God I am not a cashier for the rest of my life. I know as of next year my company is adding four more self scans, which means eventually they will start hiring less people for the job of cashiering, and no longer need that many baggers. The reality of self scans and no people is coming sooner then later. I hope to be out of the retail world as of next year because I'm watching the industry crumble before me; granted I am no expert, but I see huge problems in front of me and I feel like the management and those that are in control are not seeing this.

"The Roots" Basher
http://www.caribbeancurrent.com/community/story_id_005.html
First of all, read that article, and then read this.
I have a lot of issues with this article, if your going to bash someone, do it in a more tasteful way.
Way before the likes of today’s rap superstars like 50¢, or Jay-Z, Big Daddy Kane was running the show.
First of all, the name is 50 Cent, not 50¢. That sign actually is plural being used that way, meaning 50 cents in that case, so its not correct if your talking about 50 Cent the rapper.
Big Daddy Kane appeared onstage with his dancer from back in the day....
If your going to write about something from the past, "back in the day" is the worst possible phrase you can use. It just sounds bad, especially if you're trying to come across as a professional writer.
Scoob, proudly eschewing the bling bling fashion philosophy of today’s ballers, showed me backstage how he custom made his own hat bearing his name, and that he dabbles in clothing design.
First of all, I know eschewing is a word, but no one uses it anymore. Try using a thesaurus next time, because not everyone knows what that means. "Bling, bling", okay we get it, but if you are again trying to persuade everyone your a great writer, put "bling, bling" in quotations next time or again use another word to mean the same thing. "Ballers" again not everyone reading that article is going to know what a "baller" is.
Questlove, sporting an afro the size of the Black Panther party, complete with the ubiquitous afro pick stuck in his hair, introduced legendary hip hop producer/beat maker Rashad “Tumblin’ Dice” Smith.
If that isn't the most racist comment I've ever heard in my life, I don't know what is. And if you're supposed to be this big fan and this professional photojournalist, then why would you make fun of him?
During the second set, a fan carrying an enormous book approached me. He asked me to get it signed for him. Not really wanting to carry around this huge book all night, I introduced him to MC Kinetic NRG, formerly of The Arsonists, who gave him a pass to get backstage. What was meant to be a gesture of goodwill, and make this man’s millennium, went horribly wrong when the freak tried to walk up to The Roots, book-in-hand, while they were on-stage performing. Apparently, this crack-head couldn’t figure out he was supposed to wait until the performance was actually over to ask for an autograph. Unfortunately, this is the reason why you don’t give fans backstage passes.
I can say so much about this, and what she says later on makes the comment "Unfortunately, this is the reason why you don’t give fans backstage passes." even funnier.
The managerial assistant for The Roots, a frazzled white woman named Ginny, decided to single me out backstage and demand that I leave, despite the fact that I was invited back there, and I was covered in All Access passes (four to be exact, two red and two green, for the two different sets).
And after reading this I don't think you even deserved any of that. Again, the racist issue of saying she's white and singling her out along with another woman as the "white peoples". ....where women totally forget to mind their manners and choose to flex their minor authority for no particular reason. Judging by the look of Ginny, attired in a prairie dress and cowboy boots more befitting a Shooter Jennings concert, it was clear she was a fish out of water and was taking her frustration out on me, the only other Caucasian female in the room.
And you dress how? Appropriately? And you're one to judge? And minor authority? Like you have any, also, I'm sure there probably more Caucasian women there then just you two, just have the fake tans so they don't match you so you wouldn't pick on them too.
I rationalized that she was only trying to do her job, whatever it was, so when she asked me to move to the VIP room, I willingly obliged her. I had wanted to ask The Roots if they were willing to pose for some shots, either smoking for High Times, or chillin’ for The Source; however, there wasn’t a publicist in sight. I am very respectful and never violate protocol, specifically to avoid having to deal with Type A personality watchdogs like Ginny.
She has a job, its called keeping (and excuse my French) "bitches" like you from ruining a good time, because apparently that was your intentions. And after you spent the first paragraph or two making fun of these people, do you really think that you belong there? And who says "The Roots" are pot heads? Posing for such magazines like "High Times" can really hurt their career, oh wait, you wouldn't know what career means since apparently you really don't have one. And your not Type A? I sure in hell think you are. And spell the word chilling next time or again put "chillin' " in quotations because its not proper English. And did you really look for a publicist, or did you just decide that white people can't be publicists for "The Roots"? (Not saying that the publicist was Ginny, but just to point out that fact it could be or that "other white Caucasian woman".)
I proceeded to go to the VIP area, so as not to stress her out. I figured I would return after the show. Once I left the backstage area, I was approached by security and asked to leave the VIP area as well. I was flummoxed. Where was all this aggression coming from? Then, naturally, Ginny magically reappeared to eavesdrop on a conversation I was having with the stage manager, who knew I was a regular at Nokia Theatre.
Again, who the hell uses "flummoxed"? You should either write an article using "big" words only or write in simpler terms, not use both. It's like she is trying to pretend she's smart by putting in a few "big" words here and there and then write in simpler terms the rest of her article. And why are you blaming Ginny for your personal issues?
She fixed her face in an expression of fake sweetness, and asked if there was a problem, fully aware that she was the person who was causing it. Annoyed at having been run off by this clueless biatch for no apparent reason, I decided not to stay for the rest of the show. Between the crazy, rabid fan and the annoying female watchdog, I‘d had my fill of idiosyncratic people for one night.
Nevertheless, The show itself was dope. Watching either of these sets, you really got a strong sense of what life was like during the most productive, creative, fashion forward, idyllic, incline phase of hip-hop.
"Biatch"? Again, bad, bad writing. Say "bitch" in quotations, or find something else. You weren't being runoff, your just plain stupid and can't deal with the reality that your nothing special. If you want to be somebody, you need to learn how to deal with fans. If you don't like it, then change your day job. How would you know the show is "dope" since you didn't stick around to see the whole thing because you were busy getting pissed off at some stupid fan and harassing Ginny. By you leaving was probably the best, but again, you just made yourself look bad by not dealing with the reality of "the behind the scenes" things of famous people. That's why there are some cut out for this business and others aren't; and apparently, you can't handle it. And again with the long stupid words that no one understands like "idyllic" and "idiosyncratic". A true writer would of sucked it up, stayed the whole time, and write just about what you were supposed to write about, which was the taping of the show, not write about your exhausting laundry list of complaints of show business, in which you had no business to be in in the first place. "The Roots" are famous and have been around a while, ask anyone. If you never heard of "The Roots" you were born yesterday, live under a rock, or don't appreciate that type of music.
Another idiotic article
Right from the get go the word "written" is spelled wrong, and eschew is used again. And if you compared both articles she seems to have issues at these kind of events. So why bother going? Obviously your not wanted.
"for the most part, people present [usually] coherent and insightful..uh, insights into the scene, and if not that then they're at least amusing. some of them are pretty stupid and pretentious, mainly brittany somerset and the graphic designer in the..." (article)
Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way about her
To sum up the writer Brittany Somerset in one word, "imbecile" comes to mind. Don't quit your day job Brittany, go back to save your chihuahuas and fake Louis Vuitton, and stop writing.

Harder Better Faster Stronger-what?
First of all, maybe everyone else got it before me and I'm just slow. Or maybe no one actually looks at the lyrics. I was listening to "Stronger" by Kanye West and it dawned on me that this whole song is about a guy waiting to orgasm. Did anyone else pick up on that?
[Chorus] Na-na-now ta-that don't kill me Can only make me stronger I need you to hurry up now 'Cause I can't wait much longer I know I got to be right now 'cause I can't get much wronger Man I've been waitin' all night now That's how long I been on ya I need you right now I need you right now
That part right there the "kill me" part is his penis not working anymore, so basically anything that doesn't turn him off. "I can't wait much longer" means he's about ready to get off. "Waiting all night, That's how long I been on ya" is him thinking about her and waiting for her to get off so he can too.
Let's get lost tonight You could be my black Kate Moss tonight Play secretary I'm the boss tonight And you don't give a fuck what they all say, right? Awesome, the Christian and and Christian Dior Damn they don't make 'em like this anymore I ask, cause I'm not sure, do anybody make real shit anymore? Bow in the presence of greatness 'Cause right now thou has forsaken us You should be honored by my lateness That I would even show up to this fake shit So go ahead go nuts go Ape shit Specially on my pastel on my Bape shit Act like you can't tell who made this New gospel homey take six, and take this haters
Basically, he doesn't care who or what he screws, and "make real shit anymore" means fake boobs and or vagina's. So basically this guy will do any girl even if her "shit" ain't real.
Me likey
I don't know if you got a man or not
If you made plans or not
God put me in the plans or not
I'm trippin, this drink got me sayin a lot
But I know that God put you in front of me
So how the hell could you front on me
There's a thousand yous there's only one of me
I'm trippin, I'm caught up in the moment, right?
'Casue is Louis Vuitton Don night
So we gon do everything that Kan like
Heard they'd do anything for a klondike
well I'd do anything for a blonde dike
And she'll do anything for the limelight
And will do anything when the time's right
UH, baby you're makin' it - harder, better, faster, stronger
This man's cockiness is so great he's saying even a "dike" would screw him. And he's giving them something in order for him to get laid by the girl, making "Heard they'd do anything for a klondike" give that kind of connection between a catch phrase and what the real message is.
You know how long I've been on ya?
Since Prince was on Apollonia
Since O.J. had isotoners
Don't act like I never told ya
Don't act like I never told ya
Don't act like I never told ya
Don't act like I never told ya
Don't act like I never told ya
Don't act like I never told ya
Baby you're making it - harder, better, faster, stronger
[Chorus]
You know how long I've been on ya?
Since Prince was on Apollonia
Since O.J. had isotoners
Don't act like I never told ya
You know how long I've been on ya?
Since Prince was on Apollonia
Since O.J. had isotoners
Don't act like I never told ya
What a nice way for man to tell you that you're too slow in bed, or a nice way of saying "hurry the hell up you bitch!"
This entire song is about some damn cocky man who wants to get laid and will do everything and anything for it. You know what I call a man like that? An asshole.....plain and simple.

~Welcome to College~ a poem I wrote
This poem I wrote for my talent at Ms. Springfield College pageant, which everyone loved. Here is my WELCOME TO COLLEGE poem.
Welcome to College (By June Coan)
Clink plink go the bottles and cans of alcohol
Bang bang hear the RA’s running down the hall
Hurry hurry so we don’t get written up again
Oops Joe forgot to throw away the beer can
Welcome to College
Scribble scribble goes the pen in the RA’s hand
The students in the room plead and demand
Please please just give us a warning
So we don’t have to call our parents in the morning
Welcome to College
Joanna and Kim hate their new roommate
She leaves her things all over the place
The entire room is completely trashed
And clearly, clearly, stinks of ass
Welcome to College
Buzz buzz goes the alarm
Sue kisses her good luck charm
She has a test today that she never studied
Because she was too busy hooking up with her *ahem* buddy
Welcome to College
Derek is checking his Facebook and Myspace
Had pictures on there from a party at his place
The next day the coach told him he was busted
Because a rumor was told by a teammate he trusted
Welcome to College
Matt went sledding down Rally Hill
And hours later ran up a hospital bill
He went so fast he landed in the Massasoit
They pulled him out, injured, and smelling like a toilet
Welcome to College
She hears this noise for what seems like hours and hours
Someone has been forever in the shower
Sticking out of the curtain was a hairy leg
She pulls it back, and finds her boyfriend…and Meg
Welcome to College
Getting my books again at the bookstore
This place is like a cheap whore
Always taking my money
And leaving me dirt poor
Welcome to College
Jen has been on the Wall of Fame
But very well known to take the walk of shame
You can hear the sounds right through the door
And see the condoms all over the floor
Welcome to College
I’m going to do laundry again
I’m almost done and I look over when
I see suds and water pour out of a washer
For the love of God, please call your mother!
Welcome to College
Going to get food in the cafeteria
Man, this soup looks like diarrhea
Ugh, I can’t take another bite
Hey look over there, its FOOD FIGHT!
Welcome to College
Jeff is taking sex education
his project is on masturbation
he was in the middle of his presentation
all the sudden he felt this weird sensation
Welcome to College
Last night I saw this girl Joy
She was trying to "Crank Dat Soulja Boy"
And right in the middle of the party
She threw up her Bacardi
Welcome to College
I hope you all enjoyed my poem
Whether you laughed out loud or alone
Stop skipping class and get your education
And I hope to see you all at graduation.
WELCOME TO COLLEGE
just to let you know I was censored for two of the parts of this poem, and the second to last one was added after I performed it at the pageant. I am considering do something for this on youtube, I will keep you people posted if I do (First I need a camera)
First Blog

I have such a crazy life, I don't know where to begin. I should introduce myself here. I am 22 years old from Rhode Island, and I go to Springfield College in MA. I"m a junior/senior English major. Right now I'm the middle of things.
My sister moved home after living with my father for 4 years. She's trying to get a job in RI since FL didn't work out. My dad kicked her out and she's been a mess. My mother remarried over a year ago, except they live apart, because they figured they would settle their problems after they got married instead of dealing with them, which made things worse. I had trouble with financial aid because they are married living separately, but they did their income tax together and its just nuts. Meanwhile we have this house that will never sell well and my mom is in fantasy world. My real father is a nut case. My aunt (mom's sister) is disowned from the family. My grandparents in FL don't have a real relationship with me or my sister. My grandmother (my moms mom) is trying to move out of CT, she lives in a really bad neighborhood, and has all this crap we have to get rid of. And I just deal with everyone's crap. I can't wait to graduate from college and get a real job and have a place of my own. How I stay sane I don't know since what I just wrote is just my life in a nut shell without all the details. I'm now almost in my senior year and I went from knowing what I was going to do with my life to I don't know what I'm going to do anymore. So I hope for the best. I labeled my blog this way so you will see eventually how my past life and present life is absolutely nuts!
